Duties: Research, evaluate, recommend, deploy, and maintain embedded development environments, tools, and services. Collaborate with electronic hardware engineers in the architecture, design and implementation of new embedded software features and functionality in existing and new hardware and software products. Sustain firmware and software in existing products by tracking problems, ideating solutions, and deploying validated fixes. Enable functionality in embedded hardware systems by implementing power management, sensing, data sharing interfaces, flow control, and component management. Lead, coordinate, and mentor junior engineers in embedded software, firmware, and problem solving. Utilize common electronic lab equipment to diagnose, troubleshoot, and verify circuit functionality. Option to work from home up to 3 days/week.

Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Communication, or similar field,
Experience: 5 years of experience as a Software Engineer, Embedded Software Engineer or similar profession.



The salary range for this position is $215,197 to $220,000. Background check required
