Job Description:
Role & Responsibilities
Analyzes, designs, and develops roadmaps and implementation plans based upon a current vs future state
Develop and implement measures, tools, and technology to monitor compliance with company security policies and procedures, laws and regulations.
Leads the research and analysis of new security trends relating to network
Manages relationships with engineering teams and Collaborates with teams across the organization to ensure network security levels are maintained at the highest level.
Provides leadership, technology guidance and mentors others; develops and motivates to create a team environment
Explores raw network traffic & performs in-depth data analysis utilizing various tools
Take responsibility for all data needs per site/region
Create useful and creative data queries & relevant dashboards and reports to key stakeholders.
Collect and enrich data and knowledge through external sources
Develop heuristics and logic-driven analysis by both security and network insights to improve the security posture value
Initiation, Prioritization, and design of R&D work based on customer needs
Design new features, improve workflows, and address issues
Optimize operational excellence
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in computer science or other relevant field
6+ years of proven Network Security Analyst experience OR Data Analysis in a Cyber Security Domain
Claroty, Zscaler, Firewall, and general network experience (preferred)
Experience with network security, networking concepts, communication protocols
Experience with Python (advantage for Pandas or other data analysis tools) (preferred)
Experience with SQL (preferred)
Excellent communication skills, oral and written
Willing and able to meet challenges head-on, solve problems independently and make things happen
