As aPrincipal Organizational Effectiveness Consultant, you will work in a fast-paced environment helping clients solve complex issues and delivering exceptional results. The primary responsibility will be leading, creating, and implementing organizational effectiveness strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and help our clients achieve their business outcomes.

Through an understanding of a companys culture and organization structure, you will collaborate and coach senior leaders, managers, and executives throughout major transformative projects. You will be required to apply organizational effectiveness methodologies, frameworks, processes, and tools to enable outcomes.

Responsibilities include:

While each day and project will be different, below is a list of the core expectations for this role.

• Lead organizational change management plans from strategy to execution

• Consult with business leaders and HR partners on organization transformations, reorganizations, realignments, and large-scale organization interventions
• Diagnose organizational needs and develop comprehensive solutions to increase team and organization effectiveness
• Collaborate internally to implement strategies that create systemic cultural shifts and increased leadership effectiveness across the organization
• Provide expertise and facilitation for strategic planning, operating model, change management, engagement and other organization interventions

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience developing and leading organizational effectiveness strategies in two or more types of complex change: large scale process/technology projects, transformational initiatives, M&A integrations, org strategy, or culture change, etc.
• 3+ years of experience in an external or internal consulting role preferred
• Led and coached internal teams in implementing organization effectiveness strategies and coached cross-practice teams from an organizational effectiveness perspective

• Demonstrated focus on results with a proven track record of delivery and clearly articulated examples of successful implementation including metrics
• Contributed to business development activity by assessing the needs of clients and designing innovative solutions to meet those needs
• Adept at developing and fostering trusted relationships with business leaders and cross-functional teams
• Ability to exercise discretion and independent decision-making in responding to unique situations and able to navigate ambiguity comfortably
• Thrives in the strategic work of synthesizing complex information and drawing out key themes, trends, and risks without compromising tactical delivery

• Exceptional verbal and written communications skills with the ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences and facilitate discussions
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite
• Bachelors degree preferred

Benefits

The estimated salary range for this role is $100,000-$190,000 annually. This is based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skillset and years and depth of experience. This may differ from location to location. Bonuses and other incentives are awarded at the Companys discretion and are based upon individual contributions and overall company performance.
