Description:

Principal Product Manager will be responsible for monitoring different stages of product development strategies while leading the product vision and the roadmap. Principal Product Manager will manage the initial conceptualization of processes based on the clients' specifications, business priorities and requirements through final delivery. They will partner will internal cross-functional team leads and clients executive leadership team to develop the product vision and work with both to balance clients needs and priorities against technical constraints. They will anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, provide progress updates to key client stakeholders while addressing any adjustments or cost-reduction techniques to improve output efficiency. A Principal Product Manager may also assist with marketing campaigns and promotional strategies for anticipated product launches to maintain awareness and increase public engagement.

Responsibilities:

Own the scope, strategy and development of the product and the overarching solution, designing and delivering strategies that enable the goals of clients parent company with responsibilities to include but not limited to:

  • Developing and articulating a clear and compelling solution strategy aligned with business goals and market trends that leverage solution products, services, and capabilities, in collaboration with clients parent company stakeholders from all areas of the business (IT, operations, finance, creative, etc.)
  • Owning, prioritizing and managing the product roadmap in coordination with strategic milestones and the Adobe Content Supply Chain Roadmap
  • Creating buy-in for the product roadmap both internally and with key clients partner company stakeholders
  • Identifying and leading discovery and solution design sessions to define global workflows across client and distilling those workflows into solution designs that translate to existing or new capabilities in the business and/or platform
  • Collaborating with solution architecture leads to ensure each element of the solution design is aligned to functional, user, strategic and clients parent company requirements
  • Leading development of specifications and requirements for key product integrations, features and/or components
  • Coordinating with the deployment and release team to ensure features, capabilities and enhancements to the overarching solution and underlying products are properly scoped, documented and communicated
  • Leveraging the Adobe platform to accelerate implementation

  • Communication and Influence: Effectively conveying information, actively listening, and influencing stakeholders to gain support for solution initiatives. Communicating the value proposition of solutions to both internal teams and external clients, and influencing outcomes to drive adoption.
  • Innovation and Problem-Solving: Demonstrating a creative and innovative mindset to generate new ideas, identify market trends, and develop differentiated solutions. Applying strong problem-solving skills to address complex challenges and make data-driven decisions.
  • Teamwork and Collaboration: Working collaboratively with others, building and maintaining productive relationships, and promoting a cooperative work environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT or related field. Masters preferred
  • 10+ years of experience as a consultant, business analyst, functional / solution architect
  • Deep experience in legal marketing or business development either as a practitioner or consultant in an agency environment
  • Subject Matter Expert in:
    • Enterprise Implementations
    • Enterprise Operations
    • Backoffice Operations
    • Vendor Relations Management
  • Experience in Adobe AEM and / or Workfront is highly desired
  • Engaging listener and thoughtful communicator possessing exceptional written and verbal skills
  • Organized, disciplined, but flexible independent professional with strong ability to task-switch
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Flexible schedule and ability to travel (up to 33%)

Benefits

Compensation:

The salary range listed is for informational purposes. TA Digital treats all applicants as individuals taking into consideration but not limited to their professional and academic experience, specialized training, certifications and associated responsibilities as it relates to our specific industry. The salary range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for each unique employee. An estimated base salary of $180K $195K plus a 10% variable component is anticipated for this role in the US.
