Job Title: Principal Performance Improvement

Location: Northeast United States (Preference for Greater Boston to Greater Philadelphia areas)

Position Overview:

As an Operations Performance Improvement Principal, you will play a key role in executing our strategy and client account management for the Life Science business unit. You will partner with senior leadership to lead high-impact projects aimed at transforming our clients' businesses and driving operational excellence. This role will require a combination of sales and delivery responsibilities, with a focus on identifying new opportunities, developing client relationships, and delivering high-quality, profitable projects.


Responsibilities:



  • Lead sales opportunities throughout the entire sales lifecycle, from identification to closure.

  • Manage client relationships and accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.

  • Lead the delivery of projects, including assessment, gap analysis, business case development, and project implementation design.

  • Drive change management initiatives and lead implementation projects to achieve desired outcomes.

  • Coach and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

  • Contribute to thought leadership initiatives, including the development of differentiated content for PR, marketing purposes, and industry conferences.


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree required; Graduate degree highly preferred.

  • 10+ years of experience in life science management consulting or related field.

  • Strong background in areas such as manufacturing, quality & compliance, regulatory affairs, and operational excellence.

  • Demonstrated track record of success in sales and client relationship management.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with senior executives and key stakeholders.

  • Willingness to travel up to 75% for client projects within the Northeast United States.
