We are looking for empathetic, dependable and patient nurses to assist clients with their skilled nursing needs such as tube feedings, trachs, ostomys/ catheters, etc...  as well as their daily care needs such as bathing, dressing and grooming etc...  Responsibilities include following the patient's plan of care/ 485 as ordered by the physician, monitoring patient's vital signs and personal care.
