This position is responsible for staffing and coordinating the day-to-day care delivered by field staff members who are working in the homes of clients on the Illinois side of the river.
The Private Duty Nursing Coordinator opening offers a rewarding position with an opportunity for growth both professionally and personally. The right candidate must be highly organized, detail-oriented, able to multi-task & think on their feet in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a fantastic attitude.
Job Duties:
- Staffing
- Interacting with client families and field staff
- Interviewing potential employees
- Orientation
- Matching Nurses to clients
- Troubleshooting problems and providing resolution
- Ability to handle a multi-line phone system.
- Highly Organized & Detail Oriented
- Available to cover shifts and assist with admissions when needed.
Experience Needed:
- Past experience in a medical field preferred but not required.
- Previous Care Coordination a plus!
- Detail oriented and organized.
- Medical office experience is preferred but not required.
- We will train the right person!
