Process Architect whose role is focused on defining, redesigning, and optimizing activities in a process or group of processes and delivering results in technically enhanced and executable process templates.
Responsibilities
Demonstrate understanding of cross-functional/cross-domain requirements and impacts when utilizing automation software.
Maintain knowledge of current and emerging technologies/products/trends related to architectural solutions in RPA and recommend possible improvements/solutions
Develops and maintains architectural governance processes & completes architecture compliance reviews of application, policies, standards, and security
Designing processes from end-to-end, regardless of functional silos
Working with business domain experts to capture 'as-is' business processes
Experience in translating technology strategy into business plans and bridging the technology gap
A strategic thinker who has significant experience in developing and delivering business-centric technology services
Successfully drive BPM programs in terms of what process knowledge, methodology, and technology needs to exist or be developed within an organization.
Model, analyze, deploy, monitor, and continuously improve business processes
Enhance and transform business processes into technically enhanced and executable process templates
Skills Needed
Proven ability to work with diverse stakeholders to plan/guide the future state of business and IT processes Required 7 Years
Experience developing and maintaining IT Process Models, based on process specific industry standard Required 7 Years
Experience developing process architecture standards to bring consistency to process solutions Required 7 Years
Experience using benchmarking services to gather, synthesize and analyze information on Best Practice adoption Required 7 Years
Ability to analyze the structural design of the processes and components of systems in an organization and graphically represent them Required 7 Years
Experience with AWS, Azure and Oracle preferred Required 7 Years
Organizational, time-management, and verbal/written communication skills, able to convey information across multiple customer and corporate audiences Required 7 Years
Expert knowledge in standard architectural techniques and procedures Required 7 Years
