Purpose of the Job
To provide and promote a professional, high quality Verification Process.The post holder
will be responsible for dealing with all enquiries in relation to Insurance Verification
services, focusing primarily on Eligibility/Benefits of Insurance.Delivering a service to
meet the individual goals and needs of all Clients wherever possible resolving enquiries at
first point of contact.
Duties And Responsibilities:
Experience in using a wide range of relevant IT packages
Excellent communication skills
Proven ability to manage a varied workload to achieve priorities and objectives
Excellent problem solving skills
Willingness to work flexibly and ability/commitment to work as part of a team and
on your own initiative.
The ability to work under pressure and to deal with challenging situations in a sensitive
and creative manner.
Qualifications:
Graduate or Pursuing.
Additional Customer service experience preferred.
