Be responsible for the design and engineering on gas plant controls system including DCS/PLC/analytical SCADA system and instrumentation for industrial gas projects, like Mid. Cryo. ASU and standard product projects.
Support controls strategy review for PFD and P&ID development. Support detail specification of instruments and control valves. Provide technical clarification and approval with vendor for requisition. Provide design output to cross function according to the functional work process map. Take lead of DCS hardware and HMI SCADA software configuration in project engineering. Take lead of onsite commission, startup support for DCS/PLC/SCADA HMI and analytical system. Provide inspection support for control panels, analytical panes FAT in vendor workshop. Any other functional duties as assigned.
