Create and improve systems that enable commercial scale production of employers electrophoretic materials. Work on cross-functional teams. Deliver solutions that address both the technical and business challenges of a project. Design, develop, and optimize novel chemical processes for the commercial production of employers surface treated pigments, microcapsules, dispersions. Deliver innovative, capable, and reliable processes to employer's manufacturing team within capacity, budget, and timeline constraints. Plan and execute experiments to identify, evaluate, and control the properties of materials or process steps that are critical to final product performance. Create, evaluate, source, install, and qualify new process equipment to enable scale up of lab-discovered materials and processes. Communicate technical findings comprehensively to both technical and commercial audiences. Support existing production operations.

40 hours/week, 9:00am-5:00pm,

Requires a Bachelors degree (or foreign equivalent) in Chemical Engineering or a directly related field plus two (2) years of experience as an Engineer or related occupation. Experience must include:

Two (2) years of experience in the following (experience may be gained concurrently):
- Design of Experiments (DOE) and Statistical Analysis
- Industrial experience with materials science and/or surface chemistry.

One (1) year of experience in the following (experience may be gained concurrently):
- Preparing and delivering technical PowerPoint presentations to company engineering and management personnel.
- AutoCAD to create P&IDs, piping assembly and mechanical part drawings.
