Responsibilities:
SVB Wealth Advisors and SVB Asset Management are financial firms offering investment products and services to an institutional and retail client base.
The firms are regulated by the SEC and FINRA. SVB Asset Management and SVB Wealth Advisory two non-banking entities are undertaking a project of building a document management system using the MS Office 365 toolset for document filing, retention and recovery.
This position will work under the DMS Project Manager in implementing the new DMS Framework.
This will include learning the current DMS in place on the companies shared drive, understanding the new DMS structure and naming convention for folders, files and documents, and partnering with business users in mapping/moving/renaming their documents to the new DMS structure.
The role may also involve assisting the support team in addressing questions from the SVB user community.
Experienced Required:
Document management across a diverse set of folders, files and documents
MS Teams/SharePoint/One Drive for Business
Ability to track and manage workload at a detailed level
Ability to work remotely
Administrative experience in Broker-Dealer and Registered Investment Advisor is a plus
