SUMMARY:      

This is hands-on position that is responsible for the design, development and implementation of fabrication processes for new printed electronic products that meet customer requirements – including product performance, quality standards, cost and delivery.



SCOPE:

Research and Development, Process and Product Qualification and Design for Manufacturing of custom and novel conductive adhesives across various electronics applications.



EDUCATION:

B.S / MS in Electrical Engineering, Materials and/or Polymers Engineering, or related engineering discipline with emphasis on R&D, Design for Manufacturing and/or Custom Engineering.



Must Have:

• US citizen - due to heavy government/DOD work

• Hands-on, strong problem solving skills

• Mechanically inclined

• Electrical Engineer (BS with significant direct experience or MS with solid direct experience) or Materials / Chemistry background with work experience in Electronics

• Printed Electronics / Packaging Electronics - knowledge of surface mount technology (SMT)

• Experience in working with conductive adhesives - conductive films, conductive inks, epoxies



Direct work experience includes:

• R&D manufacturing

• Production / Operations background

• Conductive material formulation development

• Experience in setting up quality systems and / or procurement/supply chain

• Equipment maintenance
