Job Summary



Our team is currently seeking a Process Engineer to be responsible for process design, operation, and implementation. The successful candidate will be able to improve industrial processes in order to maintain efficiency, reduce cost, improve sustainability, and maximize profitability.

• Develop, configure and optimize industrial processes from inception through to start up and certification


• Assess processes, take measurements and interpret data


• Design, run, test and upgrade systems and processes


• Develop best practices, routines, and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of output


• Perform process simulations


• Manage cost and time constraints


• Perform risk assessments


• Provide process documentation and operating instructions

• B.S / MS in Electrical Engineering, Materials and/or Polymers Engineering, or related engineering discipline with an emphasis on R&D, Design for Manufacturing, and/or Custom Engineering.


• Hands-on, strong problem-solving skills


• Mechanically inclined


• Electrical Engineer (BS with 10+years direct experience or MS with 4+years direct experience) or Materials / Chemistry background with work experience in Electronics


• Printed Electronics / Packaging Electronics - knowledge of surface mount technology (SMT)


• Experience in working with conductive adhesives - conductive films, conductive inks, epoxies
