About Job

The Process Improvement Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing efficient processes across all organizational areas. This mandate also includes driving a culture of continuous process improvement throughout the company.

A successful candidate must have a general understanding of payment processing, as well an extensive background in Six Sigma/Lean management practices.

You Will

  • Identify, develop, prioritize, and execute process improvement opportunities utilizing continuous improvement principles and LEAN/Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Manage ambiguity of requests by structuring and scoping complex problems, analyze large quantities of information, apply a range of analytical tools, synthesize insights, and develop strategic and tactical solutions.
  • Craft and deliver a compelling narrative across both written and verbal mediums to influence executive stakeholder action on key business decisions and major change initiatives.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups, or activities, making effective judgments as to prioritizing and time allocation.
  • Knowledge of and ability to align the organization's people and culture with changes in business strategy, organizational structure, technology, and business processes.
  • Identify opportunities for cost and risk reduction, efficiency gains, and enhanced levels of service, particularly surrounding functions that require manual effort.
  • Prepare and/or analyze current process flows and recommend/implement future state solutions.
  • Influence, design, and develop strategic processes.


Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • Six Sigma Black Belt Certification (Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred).
  • 4+ years of LEAN, Six Sigma, Change Management Principles, Organization Design, and leading Transformational engagements.
  • Demonstrated experience leading teams in strategy, process improvement, or re-engineering efforts.
  • Flexibility to work effectively with stakeholders and colleagues at all levels.
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills and experience interacting with all team members.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, get-stuff-done environment and can easily juggle multiple priorities and projects.
  • Strong and empathetic business partner.
  • A proven track record of successfully managing projects to ensure objectives, goals, and commitments are met.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is a must.
  • Travel up to 25%.
