Job Description:

• Responsible for part process & documentation development, creating and updating manufacturing process templates per engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Candidates will be required to develop, detail each manufacturing sequence, and review and control manufacturing process operation documentation in the aero domain.
• Create detailed part & assembly sequenced process manufacturing templates using SAP / ERP database management system
• Able to understand various tooling setups, so that the build sequence and stage-wise BOM must be developed, in accordance with engineering BOM.
• Identify the exceptions and conditions of supply as per the Manufacturing sequence / next higher assembly /Engineering Details.
• Harmonize the implementation of engineering changes or assembly strategies by working in close collaboration with Engineering, Parts Logistics, Quality and Production
• Good Knowledge in machining, sheet metal & productions resource tools
• Knowledge on tool creation and cancellation in the machine shop.
• Good Knowledge in technical specifications and aero drawing / 3D Model reading skills
• Must have good knowledge in Catia V5 and other CAD applications software.
• Able to create the Production visual aids (Graphics) using the existing 3D models.
• Fair understanding of NC programming limitations.
