Process Quality Auditor

You will:

• Conduct product and process audits such as ISO9001, IATF16949, and ISO13485 by identifying and finding variances and opportunities for QMS improvements, then developing and enacting resolutions and better practices.
• Ensure conformance to good manufacturing practices by verifying work quality and advising operations personnel of improvement projects that increase process efficiencies. Also, by auditing and verifying that robust processes and documentation practices are consistently followed.
• Promote risk-based thinking across the organization by proactively engaging issues with an emphasis on prevention (CAPA) and risk mitigation and determining recommendations for process improvements, especially via fact-based data analysis.
• Ensure product quality assurance by conducting product inspections and process audits, and producing audit documentation for internal audits to demonstrate that Dymax products leave the facility fully operational, are free from defects, and have been evaluated under various working conditions.
• Perform process walkthroughs and audit procedures (tests) by detailing working paper documentation, organizing opening and closing meetings and materials, and preparing customer information requests. Also, by ensuring nonconformances are effectively addressed and implemented.
• Promote organizational awareness of quality consciousness by advising and coaching cross-functional teams on best working practices and compliance to QMS standards.

Requirements

You should have:

• BA/BS in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Quality Engineering or equivalency
• 2+ years experience quality auditing in chemicals industry
• 2+ years experience preferred in Quality Management Systems, Audits specifically IATF and ISO9001
• ISO 9001 and/or ISO 13485 and/or IATF 16949 I, Quality auditor certifications Preferred.
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
• Documentation writing skills, Analytical problem-solving skills such as DIVE, 5-Why, Fishbone, and 8D methods preferred

Salary Range: $78,000-98,000

Dymax takes the compensation of its employees very seriously and considers several factors when determining the total compensation package including but not limited to location, market range, skills, knowledge, experience, and abilities. The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Dymax salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range. The range listed is just one component of Dymaxs total compensation packages for employees.
