The Process Support Specialist is an insurance professional that takes pride in working alongside our client service teams to thoroughly execute components of our client service processes, helping to minimize risk & maximize health for our clients. They exhibit a strong understanding of our agency management system and the key details to be documented during the various workflows that they execute ensuring for an effective handoff from Process Support to our client service teams. With a strong knack for details, efficiency and procedures, the Process Support Specialist is counted on to share valuable insight on potential improvements to our existing procedures.


EXECUTION OF CLIENT SERVICE


Demonstrates expertise in reviewing insurance policies against sold proposals and our agency management system; confirms that coverage and limits meet expectations

Clearly articulates discrepancies and any relevant information on a detailed policy review checklist that allows the client service team to easily make the corrections or changes needed

Identifies uncommon forms and/or verbiage found on policies that might warrant training for our staff or further discussion with our carriers

Exhibits proficiency in our agency management systems and effectively manages the key details necessary for updating our clients information


PROCESS MANAGEMENT


Participates in piloting new procedures, learning new tasks, identifying challenges and recommends possible solutions when necessary

Achieves desired metrics for both the volume and timeliness of completed work


DATA AND PROCESS INTEGRITY


Consistently follows client service workflows and appropriately engages internal resources such as procedure manuals and reporting tools to ensure efficiency and accuracy of execution

Accurately maintains complete client files including the clear documentation of account detail in agency management systems including policy information, activities, attachments, and correspondence

Achieves desired levels of data completeness and process integrity by consistently meeting established quality standards


PEER RELATIONSHIPS


Provides feedback and shares information at team meetings

Develops successful and effective working relationships with client service team members, managers and members of other departments

Communicates effectively with service teams and provides timely and complete information to allow them to effectively manage service execution


REQUIRED:


Upon hire, Producers License for Fire/Casualty or Life/Health, as appropriate for role

2+ years of experience at the Account Manager or Client Service Representative role within an insurance agency

Home office work area and high speed internet capability

PREFERRED:


BS/BA in Business, Insurance or related field

AIS, CIC, CRIS, ARM or other professional insurance designation

Experience working with agency management systems

Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office Suite
