Job Title : Product /Business Analyst

Duration : 12 Months

Location : Indianapolis, IN - Remote

Minimum Requirements

Requires a BS/BA degree and a minimum of 4 years related experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background. Experience in standard Business Information tools and programming/query languages required.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities And Experiences

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.

At least 10 years of experience as a business analyst in a product development environment.

Experience with product development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.

Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Requirements:

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

Manage Work Front requests and actively manage reporting team's backlog.

Learn the customer needs and evaluate progress at each stage of development.

Develop a deep understanding of current & future needs of our internal clients.

Communicate with stakeholders on a regular basis to build and foster relationships.

Lead resolution of project issues, focusing on the end product to ensure that it meets expectations.

Oversees project execution and support reporting team in managing client expectations across constraints such as scope, quality, and time.
