Responsibilities
- Assist the business development team with all aspects of developing and presenting products to clients. Focus on skin care and Hybrid beauty, cosmetic and OTC.
- Develop, update, and adhere to the companys innovation timeline calendar. Coordinate all functions between BD and the lab to meet deadlines.
- Develop customer presentation as well as innovation presentation for clients and trade show.
- Develop and up the company social media platforms.
- Updated client list for email blasts. Assist Business development with reach out to client for presentation, trade shows and samples.
- Organize all aspects of Trade shows from concept to execution (currently 2-3 per year).
- Keep and manage budget for Trade shows cost.
- Research the market for new trends, up and coming brands, white space products etc.
- Research new packaging ideas and raw material actives which we can showcase in our innovation presentations.
- Initiate and organize product concepts for innovation.
- Be the liaison with the lab for samples and meeting needed to support 4-6 innovation presentation annually. Communicate and ensure all deadlines are met.
- Writing all marketing sheets in conjunction with the lab and BD managers; work with the lab to collect all concept data to best present and describe each product.
- Understand the types of products we make and create products that we can support in manufacturing.
- Assist business development in sending clients presentation samples.
- Create original packaging ideas for sending all samples.
- The ability to collaborate with the sales & the lab in implementing strong innovation presentation.
- Must be comfortable making presentations and working with clients.
- The ability to work with our multi media manager to create innovation and corporate presentation.
- Establish and develop market strategies.
- Maintain and updated showrooms with new products.
- Write and design all marketing information with the support of Multimedia personnel.
- Create an Innovation library of samples and presentation.
- Work on all branding efforts for EWL.
- Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as forecasts on a weekly/monthly basis.
- Communication with Korea team to assist in cross-customer projects and innovation.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively with a team are required.
- Manage all marketing materials for U.S. territory.
- Must be able to travel domestically and internationally.
- Organization, budgeting, set up of all trade show functions.
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit.
Requirements Qualifications/Skills - Bachelors degree
- Minimum of 5 plus years of Marketing and innovation experience with brands or in the cosmetic contract manufacturing industry
- Experienced with some earlier technical functional experience in R&D, process manufacturing, operations, or quality necessary.
- Must be able to travel occasionally (trade shows, client sites, facilities, and other events,)
- Must have a strong customer-oriented mind set and the ability to make presentations.
- Must be able to write product marketing sheets.
