Marsh is seeking Digital Product Development Specialist, located in New York. Hybrid work model. This role will function within Operational Excellence, partnering with various lines of business and technology, serving as a bridge for product development. The Product Developer will assist in the creation of stories surrounding steps and plans to implement automation tools within the insurance industry.

Marsh is seeking candidates for the following position to be based in the New York office:

We will count on you to:


Demonstrated ability managing multiple priorities, stakeholders, initiatives in a structured fashion.

Mastery in communication skill-set to partners, peers, managers, and stakeholders

Formal instruction (a degree, minor designation, certification, or other course-work) in a relevant aspect of digital technology including software development, computer or systems engineering, information systems, technology architecture, entrepreneurship, or related.

Experience with modern digital product management software


What you need to have:


5-8 years experience

College degree (BA, BS)

Technical Business Analysis experience

Digital transformation, digital trading and product knowledge required.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $60,000 to $128,000.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
