Description:
Performs activities to identify and pursue market opportunities for Information Technology products. Oversees customer engagements. Develops IT product solution strategy and portfolio. Oversees creation and approval of business case, product plans and price analysis. Manages development, resource allocation and scheduling for product requirements. Consults on plans for entry of IT products in external market. Consults on value propositions and analysis of customer processes to identify optimal product mix. Represents/promotes IT products internally and externally. Adjusts product strategy to meet financial targets.
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 15 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+13 years' related work experience, 19 years' related work experience, etc.).
PROJECT/SKILLS
Workday Configurations experience (Compensation & Benefits, Absence Management, Security)
Integrations experience in Workday HCM Core, and any of the other HR modules such as Advance Compensation, Performance Management, Talent Management etc
Experience with Business Requirements & Testing
