Role Description:

- Assist in the development of new Surfaces product and managing color pallet through working with design, engineering and marketing team

- Manage product certifications, specifications, test results, and technical information

- Assist in analyzing sales history & market trends to make strategic decision to meet the company goal

- Create and manage product SKUs and communication with engineering, production, and inventory team

- Monitor project pricing based on segment, competitive information, color, volume, and customers; while evaluating projects to ensure operating profit

- Vendor management for Stainless Steel sinks and OEM for Surfaces related products

- Other duties and/or projects assigned by the Company



Education and Work Experience:

- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Graduate work in MBA preferred;

- Other relevant experience will be considered.



Knowledge and Skills:

- Relevant product knowledge in depth;

- Ability to work under deadline pressure and extra hours if needed on assignments;

- Excellent oral and written, communication and organization skills;

- Excellent Microsoft Office skills (excel, word, PowerPoint, Outlook);

- Ability to interfere effectively with people at all levels of the organization;

- Ability to work independently and complete individual projects with minimal supervision;

- Willing to engage in constructive conflict;

- Strong creative, analytical and interpersonal skills
