Product Manager

Working as a


Product Manager
at Cooper Lighting Solutions is dynamic.

You will be responsible for Product Management leadership responsibilities for indoor lighting, lighting controls and lighting technology. The Product Manager will be responsible for building and executing a customer centric brand strategy to bring the assigned brand(s) to the forefront of the specification lighting market.


What youll do

Research, develop and launch new lighting systems (includes lighting and lighting controls)
Act as the brand owner for all activities
Define detailed product and marketing specifications and communicate with all stakeholders (operations, R&D, Sales, Quality, Marketing)
Continuously gather and analyze competitive product information, vertical market trends/drivers and customer insights to ensure successful commercialization of new products including achieving revenue/margin targets
Analyze pricing structure within applicable markets. Keep pricing aligned with market throughout the product life cycle while maintaining margins
Define specifications, support new product development and technology strategies while appropriately consolidating and sunsetting products and systems


Your qualifications


Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Marketing or other similar disciplefrom an accredited institution


5+ years of experience leading marketing, product management, product development, or related position in the specification lighting industry


In depth knowledge of technologies and applications in human-centric lighting and resulting circadian rhythms and stimuli


Experience with product positioning in market and executing product plans through to market


Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: $123,000 $180,400 USD
Bonus:target bonus opportunity - 15%
