AdTheorent is seeking a highly motivated Product Manager to join our team. This individual will be focused on Administrative and Super User functions within the AdTheorent platform to support our business and operational needs. ResponsibilitiesThis Product Manager will focus on Cost Capture and Agency Administrative functions for the self service side of our business and Power User tools for the managed side of our business. Projects may include but will not be limited to: User login setup Agency Role Access and Privileges Agency Default Settings Agency Billing Tools Agency Cost Capture / Rate Card Support Read-Only Controls System Settings Controls Collect and document feedback from internal and external users Drive the prioritization of administrative enhancements Collaborate with Product counterparts, business stakeholders and Engineering on discovery and scoping product solutions Create product requirements documents to describe business goals, high-level use cases, and requirements. Translate product requirement documents into epics and detailed stories for development Monitor the development, QA, UAT and release of products to ensure success for the entire organization Must Haves BA/BS preferably in the following fields or similar: Marketing, Advertising, Economics, Computer Science 2+ years of product management experience within ad-tech/digital media/ advertising agency Demonstrated ability to lead design and execution of a multi-faceted product in a fast-paced environment Exceptional communication and teamwork skills Desired Experience in building, designing, and managing products related to advertising agency and digital media in self-service platforms Understanding of the technical architecture of complex and highly-scalable web applications Experience with Agile software development / Scrum methodology Understanding of agency programmatic buying, reporting, billing, and fee structures BenefitsCompensation range: $100-120K base + 20% bonus potential. The confirmed salary will be commensurate with experience, education, skills, and other factors. This is subject to change, but will be no less than the minimum stated.
