Join our digital wallet team as a Product Manager and help millions of clients receive and spend their money with ease. Work with cross-functional teams to develop a cutting-edge product that simplifies money transfer, and creates fast, reliable, and affordable services. Empower recipients to access their funds quickly and conveniently, and transform the way they manage their finances.

Location: Chile or Denver, Colorado.

If based in Chile, this position is eligible for relocation after a year. International Candidates must be fluent in written and spoken English.

What Youll Do:

• Ensuring the defined metrics are performing well and constantly improving
• Create, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog
• Develop and execute end-to-end product for Ria Wallet's core experiences.
• Increase conversion rate of registration flow
• Prioritize and cut through the noise to ensure your team is making the biggest impact possible
• Facilitate execution across the team by partnering to engineers, spotting and addressing problems before they escalate, and unblocking progress when needed
• Develop a deep understanding of our customers and the impact of our product on their lives
• Guide your team in building and shipping features that set our Ria apart as the best end to end money transfer and management solution.

Requirements

Who you are:

• 3+ years of experience as a product manager with fintech, ideally wallet experience
• An owners mentality, you dont shy away from the hard stuff
• Someone who is not afraid to get their hands dirty and has shipped products to users.
• Deep understanding in one of these three areas: Data, Design (UX) or Development.
• Start-up experience is critical, as we want people who can wear many hats and understand the whole product and how pieces interact.
• Have experience with our tools or similar (Amplitude, Segment, Iterable, etc.)
• Inquisitive and a critical thinker.
• Curious, especially about what drives people to behave in a certain way and what goes into their decision-making process,
• Ability to articulate the why behind your product decisions clearly to the team and other stakeholders.
• You have an understanding of how to optimize event tracking - what should be tracked, how it should be structured, and taxonomies that should be applied
