Product Manager (Emeritus Institute of Management, Inc.; Boston, MA): The Product Manager will be the lead for our Enrollments Platform, supporting the organization’s work of making education more accessible and affordable globally. This role will work collaboratively with partners in Engineering, Design, Business, Operations, Marketing, Growth, and more across the company to prioritize the most impactful features to foster Emeritus’ growth. This is a highly cross-functional individual contributor role. The individual in this role will develop the essential feature set for new projects, synthesizing needs across our customers, University partners, Business teams, and crisp Technology stack. Specific Duties include: Leading the ideation, prioritization, planning, and execution - combining deep technical expertise, business and marketing understanding, and strategic thinking; Managing the product roadmap to develop products and features that will scale 10x with real business impact; Managing the design, build, test, and release process, end-to-end, utilizing best practices with cross-functional peers; Owning the end-to-end user experience for the product; Integrating usability studies, research, and market analysis into lightweight product requirements; Writing requirements documentation, specifications, and user stories to effectively communicate the product vision to content, design, and engineering teams and other stakeholders; Working with the design team to conceptualize intuitive and elegant user experiences; Analyzing data from multiple sources and helping the team make the right trade-offs among capability, cost, engineering complexity, and other factors; and Driving a focus on metrics and impact to ensure the delivery of excellent products. Position based at company HQ (Boston, MA); position is 100% remote and may work from anywhere in US.

Minimum Requirements: Master's degree in Business Administration or related field, PLUS 3 years of product management or consulting experience in consumer or B2B products; OR Alternate Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, PLUS 5 years of product management or consulting experience in consumer or B2B products.

Must have: Demonstrated experience shipping high-impact products and features with measurable results; Demonstrated experience driving projects through the full product development lifecycle from ideation to the build phase through to launch; Demonstrated ability to gather and synthesize requirements across multiple stakeholder groups and define final product requirements; Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams to drive impact; Demonstrated ability to develop go-to-market strategy for new products; Demonstrated outstanding data analysis skills and willingness to get into the details; Demonstrated technical skills, including experience with HTML, Java, CSS, Tableau and/or other related technical or data tools; Demonstrated interest in the market for executive education and passion for delivering a first-in-class customer experience; Demonstrated independent problem solving skills; Demonstrated strong technical writing abilities and ability to produce crisp and clear product requirements documents with fleshed out use cases and user stories; Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and communication abilities, including ability to communicate clearly and proactively to set expectations and build consensus across the organization, and to influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority; Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively across diverse cultures, languages, work styles, and personalities.
