Lead an Agile Scrum Team in proactively identifying and then responding to upstream changes made in our partner clinical system, CWOW. Review detailed, upstream requirement documents and then translate those upstream requirements into an actionable roadmap for their Scrum Team in OneView. Responsible for seamlessly integrating two complex clinical systems for defining a product backlog and creating user stories for their team with the goal of minimizing defects, maintaining performance, and executing on the cross-program product strategy. Partner with other product managers in the patient care product space to ensure that the product vision and critical roadmap milestones are met. Partner with ID development teams to prioritize, plan, and ultimately develop new features and move the product design forward. Facilitate User Acceptance Testing of their developed product/feature to determine product readiness prior to releasing to the clinics. Partner with the marking and communication team to create production educational materials and change management programs. Obtain user feedback on production functionality via interviews, usability studies, surveys, site visits, analytics, and workflow review. Prepare for and participate in PI Planning meetings as part of SAFE processes. Hold leadership role in the SCRUM Team by providing clarification on user stories, objectives, and priorities while also motivating the team to get stuff done (GSD). Partner with legal, compliance, security, and risk teams to ensure that we are delivery a product that meets all legal and compliance requirements. Develop a deep understanding of our physician customers (both existing and potential), our patients (who have numerous high-cost, complex, chronic conditions), and the broader healthcare ecosystem. Prepare for and participate in PI planning meets as part of our SAFE processes. Hold leadership role in the SRUM Team by providing clarification on user stories, objectives, and priorities while also motivating the team to get stuff done. Partner with legal, compliance, security, and risk teams to ensure that we are delivering a product that meets all legal and compliance requirements.
Position requires a minimum of a bachelor’s degree or foreign degree equivalent in computer science, computer engineering, engineering, or related field and five years of experience in the job or performing similar duties working with SCRUM. Job located in Denver, CO, and any unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. $128,398 to $135,400 /year.
