About the position:

Our Client is looking for a Product Manager to join them. As one of the first few Product Managers on their team you will have an opportunity to shape their Product Management culture, get to work directly with the leadership team, with a world class engineering team and a best in class Provider Engagement team. 

You will be given the reins to develop core features of their healthcare platform, shape early product development practices, and help the entire team understand what makes a great product manager.

What you will do:

• Own articulating hypothesis, creating user experience stories, and be accountable for delivering these products on time.


• Write clear and concise Product Documents for the entire team to align around.


• Provide effective and constructive feedback by reviewing others’ work.


• Deliver new features by collaborating regularly with our Operations, Engineering, and leadership team.


• Hold the engineering team to a high standard of speed and quality.


• Work with our founding team on defining product roadmaps, specifications, and priorities.


• Establish processes that will improve product development practices.


• Gather data insights and build models for product improvements or for internal use.

You should have:

• At least 2 years of professional work experience in product management is required


• A proven track record of delivering products that have an articulated positive impact


• Previous experience working on a product with end users is required


• Experience in working in healthcare is a plus
