What youll do

Define offer value propositions leveraging customer and market insights to deliver a rich customer experience
Define the product strategy and product plans and translation into clear product specifications for R&D to achieve short, mid and long-term business results
Drive the New Product Development Process from initial phase until the final product, initiate corrective actions when needed
Own overall Business Case, price setting and First year sales performance for new products
Drive cross functional collaboration, strategic focus, organization agility

Strong competitor orientation and customer focus
Strong team player, can influence cross-functionally
Possesses a high degree of technical competence
Holds advanced product management skills
Hold advanced project management skills
