As a Product Operations I, you'll be fully immersed in the daily operations of our exciting, fast paced startup environment. Expect to get rst-hand experience in what it looks like to build out and manage a clinical service line and the product, operations and tech that supports it from scratch. You'll ensure deliverables are completed on time, within scope and on budget. You'll work with leaders from each department, and gain a deep understanding on how our business works. This position is located at our St. Louis HQ in the beautiful DeBaliviere neighborhood, steps from Forest Park.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with our CTO, sales team, clinical team, and engineering team to ensure seamless product-related processes and communications between verticals
• Develop and maintain internal product documentation and videos (training & FAQs) for our clinical team and administrative team, including but not limited to our custom software, EMR, and other miscellaneous tools
• Develop and maintain external product documentation and videos (FAQs) for our external patient and enterprise users across the Rezilient platform
• Develop and maintain release notes and how-to walk-through videos for new internal product releases
• Maintain and update thorough feature list and and associated permissions across all internal and external roles for all product releases
• Implement and maintain new processes for product bug tracking, ticketing and responses to ensure timely resolution of internal and external issues
• Implement and maintain new processes for receiving new feature suggestions and their subsequent prioritization, definition and development
• Maintain clinical workflow diagrams and identify new opportunities to streamline these workflows with novel product
• Testing & quality assurance of new product releases within established security compliance frameworks
• Maintain security and compliance dashboard pertaining to product, engineering, and IT related tasks and remediations

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience
• Organized and detail-oriented a lover of "process"
• Ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast paced, start-up environment
• Go-getters who thrive in creating structure out of ambiguity
• Familiarity with workflow tools such as Google Workspace, LucidChart, Miro, Jira, Zapier, and Notion
• Superb communication skills, excellent presentation, speaking, and writing skill
