Based in our London office, you will own and be responsible for a number of analytics products, working collaboratively with business, commercial, country enablement and marketing teams to support our MMB Analytics Director and the rest of the MMB Analytics team, to define and deliver product features.

Your focus will be on the how and the why. How can we make the product better? How can we improve delivery? Why do our clients use our products, and how can we ensure we are maximising the value of the solutions to them?

Developing senior stakeholder relationships and working across the organisation and analytics product suite, we feel this could suit a Business Analyst or similar Product-focussed role, looking to move into a more solution-management role.

To work with Commercial, Product and Technology team(s) within MMB Analytics and across the business.
To be at the forefront of an ever-changing analytics landscape providing multinational companies with the insights and analytics to maximise value.

What you need to have:

Experience, knowledge and talent in Product management and delivery, ideally in SaaS.
Experience of successfully delivering products, ideally of high value (to the business, users, or direct revenue generation).
Effective communication skills with the confidence to challenge decisions based on what is best for the product(s).
Ability to develop and sustain relationships with key stakeholders, peers, and senior leadership.
A sharp analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills.

What makes you stand out:

Ownership of products with multiple workstreams across business, functional and technical teams.
Awareness of the value and impact analytics can provide within a business and to the wider market.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Knowledge of the market, analytics, or relevant technologies.
An interest in, or an understanding of, the Software Delivery Life Cycle (SDLC).

We will rely on you to:

Own and execute the end-to-end strategy for multiple MMB Analytics products, including, but not limited to, reviewing business cases, priorities, requirements, and the roadmap.
Work with the Analytics Director and project sponsors, to execute on the long-term roadmap of the product.
Proficiently capture and summarise stakeholder needs and goals in clear and concise themes, working with Business Analysts and the Scrum Master to convert these into Epics and User Stories.
Work collaboratively with a delivery team of Data Engineers and Analysts to design and deliver a product that provides the insights required for the business and stakeholders.
Identify improvements to business processes, using modern technology or methodologies where required.
Regularly assess the value and priority of stories in the backlog, to be used in future sprints or versions of the product.
Ensure best practices are maintained and issues are managed throughout the delivery of a product.
Communicate progress and updates of the product to the team, business and to users and clients.
Serve as the product champion internally and externally, sharing knowledge and answering questions from clients, users, and colleagues.
