What part will you play?

Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Product Sales the Product Solution Sales Representative will play a fundamental role in achieving our product revenue growth objectives while delivering excellent customer service to our client portfolio. This role will be responsible for prospecting clients, working with internal customers, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing product sales.

What will you be doing?

  • Meet or exceed top line revenue and profitability targets for sales territory/portfolio with direct experience in selling product and large volume product offerings.
  • Communicate with customers, making outbound calls to current customers, and following up on lead generation.
  • Creates account specific strategies with new and existing accounts that maximizes the business potential, aligning with the Business Unit goals.
  • Understanding customer needs and requirements
  • Ensures sales standards are met by building strong industry relationships within targeted customers. Utilizes a deep understanding of customer buying criteria and purchasing philosophy.
  • Develops annual go-to-market sales plans with Business Unit sales leader for accounts assigned plus new accounts. Reports and forecasts achievements to goals on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Maintain a strong working knowledge of product offerings and technology changes within the industry
  • Research accounts, identify key players and provides a sale strategy to generate activity
  • Partner with Account Executives to build pipeline and support closing product sales
  • Present and deliver information to potential clients
  • Answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions
  • All other duties as assigned.

What do we require from you?

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role

Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, customer relationship and excellent teamwork/collaboration.
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong phone presence and experience producing high volume sales activity
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Experience working with Customer relationship management (CRM)
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and CRM/Salesforce experience preferred

Work Environment:

  • This position may require you to travel up to 10% of time.
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position for 50% or the time.
