Global Dimensions is seeking a Production Controller for a position located in Barstow, CA.

The Production Controller is responsible for creating, updating, and data input of custom reports/information databases used for the purpose of monitoring/receiving, and/or issuing of military and civilian equipment. May prepare Class II request from loss, damage, or destroyed items. The Production Controller inputs, updates, and exports information in/with GCSS Army or government approved LIS. Performs accurate data entry and reporting of vehicles assigned to the program are performed 100% of the time. May open, close, update, and/or adjust maintenance and service processes to include parts processes and requisitions. Generates and updates custom equipment tracking databases/spreadsheets. Processes work orders to include manhour accounting/input. Updates and maintains maintenance service schedules. Ensures all historical records are maintained in files and/or within the computerized maintenance management system GCSS-Army and other approved systems. May dispatch operations. Provides logistical/administrative support to management. Creates, updates, and delivers reports to management. Supports / participates in the Company Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) and QA Program. Mentors and assists with on-the-job training and cross-training. Complies with all Company rules, policies, and procedures. Complies with all safety, environmental, and quality standards and applicable SOPs and DOPs. Favorably interacts with internal/external customers. Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• US Citizenship
• Proficient in Microsoft suite with extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Must understand and be able to use technical manuals
• Must have two (2) years of supply, productions, and/or maintenance administration experience
• Must be experienced in computers and office machine usage
• Must be able to speak, read, and write English fluently
• Minimum of two (2) years hands-on GCSS-ARMY maintenance experience and must possess relevant GTRAC training certificates
• High school diploma or equivalent

Additional Requirements

• Must possess a valid state drivers license and be able to obtain a military operators permit for each type of vehicle or equipment required to operate.
• Must be able to grasp or handle objects, use finger dexterity, bend elbow/knee and reach above/below shoulders.
• May be required to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work day shift, night shift, or weekend duty as required.
• May be required to work more than 40 hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays on occasion.
