Description:
The primary function of this position is to service assigned accounts to ensure production needs are met while managing customer inventory and maintaining the record keeping of related activities.
- Schedule delivery and pick-up of customer owned products
- Scan customer shipping documents to the appropriate stakeholders in the supply chain
- Create work-order for customer project/production to ensure that the requirements for the customers are met
- Track and record production and report on production back to customer
- Advise customer of inventory levels of raw materials, components and finished product.
- Lead production employees in the counting of customer inventory, provide guidance and correction
- Ensure inventory levels of raw materials and components are adequate for scheduled production
- Calculate invoices to customers. Ensure customers are billed timely and properly
- Maintain organized records of all documents so that they can be retrieved for management, customers and auditors
- Additional duties required by management
What is Required:
- 2+ years of MS Excel experience
- 1-2 years of experience working with inventory
- 1-2 years of experience working within an ERP system
- Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with suppliers as well as internal stakeholders.
