Twine Freelancers work quickly and efficiently to produce high-quality results. We are looking for a seasonal Senior Production Coordinator to join an American professional sports league.

Essential Job Functions

  • Collaborate with Producers, Senior Producers, and Project Managers on video production projects from pre-production through post-production and distribution.
  • Assist in production-related tasks and activities related to the studio productions which include but are not limited to:
    • Work with external vendors on translations and transcriptions.
    • Route and manage invoices from various vendors.
    • Assist in the creation and management of short-form promotional content for larger content series.
    • Help Producers and Senior Producers develop and coordinate marketing extensions that promote Creative Studio video content pieces.
    • Provide, gather, and relay feedback on videos and other creative assets throughout the post-production process.
    • Track and organize project files in Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the organization including media marketing, social, brand, and sponsorship.
  • Follow along on projects with an eye on mitigating issues in the production process before they arise.
  • Create and manage post-production tasks in Asana for video editors, animators, and designers.
  • Communicate with social platform editors to create content best suited for each platform.
  • Analyze Originals performance reports to present key learnings to apply to the next project.
  • Enhance the teams productivity by ensuring all daily tasks created by Project Managers are completed.
  • Upload all video files of a project to the Creative Studios Google Drive and disseminate all files to appropriate stakeholders.
  • Build a list of existing and potential new partners (e.g. production companies, creative agencies) to reference when starting new projects.
  • Request and gather b-roll elements from internal archival resources.
  • Brainstorm marketing extension ideas for all projects to amplify and support series launches in collaboration with other Marketing teams and outside partners.
  • Stay informed of projects in the Brand, Life, and Social departments to find opportunities for collaboration and cross-promotion.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in an applicable field, i.e. Communications, Marketing, etc.
  • 4+ years of video production experience
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a major plus
  • A strong handle on grammar, punctuation, syntax, and Gen-Z voice is preferred. Both English and Spanish a plus.
  • Proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, etc.)
  • Experience with camera gear, lighting interviews, setting up mics, using external audio equipment, etc
  • Experience working with graphic designers is a plus for creating static promotional images related to productions
  • Creative problem solver who can operate under pressure in fast-changing, deadline-driven environments
  • Proactive and independent thinker that can succeed with minimal supervision
  • Knowledgeable of diverse viewpoints and practices inclusive treatment of others
