Parallel Employment Group is currently recruiting for a Production Operator for a client in Whitewater, WI. Production Operators will be rotating positions in the production of rubber compound. Positions are on 1st and 2nd shift.

Responsibilities

• Weigh and measure raw ingredients
• Load raw ingredients on conveyor line
• Operate roll mill
• Load mixer with materials
• Size product to customer specifications
• Move finished product to warehouse

Requirements

• Able to stand for an entire shirt
• Able to lift up to 55lbs
• Able to climb stairs as needed
• Must be 58 tall to operate machinery safely
• Must be able to perform basic math such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
