WWC Global is seeking a full-time Program Analyst to support the Federal Drug Administrations Center for Drug Evaluation and Research.

Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Work with stakeholders and subject matter experts within the client office, to understand, document and manage assigned tasks.
  • Review and improve upon project governance and project management documentation produced by other team members such as project plans, schedules, communications plans, risk registers, status updates, critical paths, etc.
  • Develop and maintain office and portfolio tasks lists, meeting minutes and briefings.
  • Analyze and provide recommendations regarding portfolio accomplishments, stakeholder engagements, and risks.
  • Coordinate meeting logistics.
  • Maintain meeting artifacts and document libraries.
  • Develop, support, analyze, and maintain performance metric plans.
  • Draft and coordinate development of portfolio reviews and briefing charts.
  • Support Critical Path Meetings as well as coordinate, analyze, and monitor Critical Path inputs.
  • Manage complex Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).
  • Provide programmatic support for taskings.

Work must be done from the commutable D.C. area.

This position is contingent on award.

Work Environment:

  • Moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phone and printers) and /or occasional Loud noise (airfield, large equipment).
  • Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time.

Physical Demands:

  • While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is required to sit, stand, talk, and hear.
  • Employee is often required to sit and use their hands and fingers to operate a computer.

Travel:

  • 0-10% / Minimal travel expected.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 3+ years external client facing program/management analyst experience within the Federal/State/Local or Commercial/Non-profit space.
  • Experience managing time and meeting deadlines across multiple and competing priorities.
  • Experience facilitating multi-stakeholder sessions and managing workstreams.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and in collaboration with a team.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and driving solution-focused outcomes.
  • Strong relationship builder with demonstrated success in building rapport and credibility with clients.
  • Demonstrated excellence presenting to an executive-level audience, both oral and written.
  • Technical aptitude; able to quickly learn new technology platforms.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated proactive approach to problem solving and proven ability to take initiative on projects.
  • Must have strong organizational skills, keen attention to detail.
  • Outstanding communication skills, influencing abilities, and client focus.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in using all Microsoft Office applications to include MS Project and SharePoint.
  • Ability to pass a federal background investigation including fingerprinting.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in FDA.
