IT Concepts is looking for an experienced PM who is highly organized and able to simultaneously manage multiple projects with multiple customers. You will be managing several teams, working with the team leads and meeting regularly with the customers. Working in conjunction with the Sr. Task Lead, you will ensure project milestones are met, customers are informed, and the teams are running efficiently.

• Responsible for overall performance, service delivery, and quality of project deliverables.
• Keep Project Management Plan updated to ensure processes and procedures are in place, accurate, and accessible.
• Maintain Road Map and ensure timely delivery of work towards roadmap milestones and goals.
• Meet regularly with customers to understand their needs as it relates to their task areas, requirements, project updates, and any other support required.
• Anticipate customer's needs and be able to offer solutions along with a plan to execute.
• Ability to effectively communicate with Sr. Executives and present materials/briefings as requested.
• Actively maintain Risk Register and risk management activities such as mitigation strategies or alternatives to prevent negative impacts to risks to the contract and customer's experience.
• Hold weekly team meetings with the Team Leads to track progress towards milestones, identify risks, etc.
• Identify staffing needs, conduct interviews and evaluate IT Concept's employees in compliance with internal HR procedures.
• Ensure team is tracking SOPs, documentation, tasks, etc.
• Strong working knowledge of Task Management systems such as Jira.

Requirements

• Master's Degree + 12-15 years of experience (Or Bachelor's and 15+ yrs of experience)
• PMP Certification
• Ability to work on site at JBAB as well as occasionally meet customers at Reston or in College Park.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen

Clearance:

• Must have Active TS/SCI and willing/able to obtain CI Polygraph.
