Job Description:

What you do Client is seeking a Project Coordinator to be part of the IT Security Program Management Office. As a Project Coordinator, you will support multiple Product teams and work at the direction of Product Managers and Solution Architects. Your core responsibilities will include planning and coordinating the deployment of Security products that span multiple product and shared services teams by ensuring the schedule and budget and details of given tasks are well organized, up-to-date and action items are tracked and driven to closure. Additionally, you will contribute to establishing an environment where the team can be effective by supporting the team to control outside interruptions and obstacles. What you need The candidate must be/have: ?Demonstrated experience of Project management or delivering IT solutions in an Agile environment (e.g. Kanban, Scrum or SAFe) ?Experience with Jira to develop, plan and execute work to ensure successful completion of deliverables ?The ability to communicate at all levels across the IT organization as well as with Business partners to convey updates, risks, and issues ?Strong communication and documentation skills: Clear, concise, structured, and professional ?Experience managing large multi-site hardware deployments preferred ?The ability to identify and resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur within the team, and when the team depends on other teams ?Experience with Change Management processes and requirements in a regulated environment (SOX, HIPAA, GxP, FINRA, etc.), hands-on experience preferred.

Main Responsibilities: ?Work with cross-functional teams to ensure all project milestones are understood by all Epic/project stakeholders, and track execution to schedule and expected outcomes ?Identify and resolve project issues with limited oversight ?Prepare written project status reports and present on status to management ?Coordinate change requests and change implementation downtime scheduling ?Coordinate and track the development of technical documentation and runbooks ?Manage and report on Risks and Issues
