- Experience with Lean and /or Six Sigma process improvement
- Ability to manage competing priorities and rationalize calendars and schedules across a geographically disparate team.
- Exceptional organization skills and work habits/processes that support the ability to stay on top of a large amount of disparate, fluid information and detail is essential.
- Small to mid-size project support and management experience.
- Excellent communicator and presenter – both written and verbal.
- Intermediate to advanced PowerPoint presentation and Excel skills
- Comfortable presenting to executives as well as team members.
- Passionate about customer engagement and relationship building.
- Basic knowledge of product management, project management tools and methods.
- Basic understanding of product marketing.
- Certified Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt is a plus
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and project management practices is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong time management and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
Administrative
- Responsible for the administrative functions of ITS division leadership (~50% of the time)
- Provide administrative planning and support: equipment and supplies provisioning and inventory management, travel planning and reimbursement requests, and ad-hoc projects as assigned
- Plan, coordinate, and maintain calendar of various team meetings, client engagements, and presentations
- Provide event planning and communication support for department officers and managers (organize events and meetings, create templates, event materials, capture discussions, track action items, etc.).
Project-Specific:
- Work on special assignments and projects requested by the officers and managers of the group, to help achieve their goals (~50% of the time).
- Support high level project coordination, and help create key communications to internal customers, partners and product teams across the Federal Reserve System
- Collaborate cross-functionally on division-wide process improvement initiatives
- Work closely with, and support Officers on project work, customer engagements, and meeting facilitation.
- Provide high level project management support to the officers and managers of the division that includes effectively capturing meeting notes, disseminating information and follow-up to obtain clarification and progress, upon request.
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable and complete a variety of competing tasks, responsibilities and ad hoc projects under minimal supervision is essential.
