Project Control Supervisor (New York, NY): Develop and update project plans including information such as objectives, technologies, schedules, funding, and staffing. Identify project needs for construction projects for aluminum curtain wall doors and window systems such as resources, staff, or finances by reviewing project objectives and schedules. Prepare and submit budget estimates, progress reports, or cost tracking reports and identify budget issues. Negotiate with project stakeholders, suppliers and subcontractors to obtain resources, services or materials. Submit the required technical project documentation for the project owners’ and other required parties’ approval, including American Institute of Architects (AIA) billing documentation for regular monthly payments. Monitor project progress, milestones, and deliverables. Salary is $73,507 annually.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Construction Management, Project Management, Civil Engineering, or related field and 1 year of experience as Project Management Specialist, Project Controls Engineer, Project Coordinator or related position. Experience preparing schedules, feasibility studies and technical proposals for construction projects. Experience with monthly earned value and cash flow analysis. Experience with project budget reconciliation for construction projects. Experience in stakeholder communication regarding project design and technical specifications.
