Position Title & Overview

Are you an experienced Project Manager looking for an exciting opportunity? We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be a key player in executing large projects, optimizing processes, and ensuring clear documentation and communication across departments. You'll work closely with teams in Revenue, Product, Engineering, Legal, and Data to coordinate and communicate project details effectively. Your role is pivotal in ensuring project success, and we are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Drive the execution and coordination of both large and small-scale projects from start to finish, ensuring they stay on track amidst day-to-day activities.

Collaborate with various teams to define project deliverables and ensure clarity on roles and responsibilities.

Identify and address potential issues in inter-departmental projects, facilitating discussions to resolve conflicts.

Create and maintain current cross-project processes with a focus on continuous improvement.

Evaluate project performance and implement improvements based on retrospectives.

Keep stakeholders informed with project updates regarding strategy, adjustments, and progress.

Employ industry best practices throughout project execution.

Proactively facilitate communication between departments.

Requirements

Location: Applicants must be based in the United States.

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

4+ years of professional experience.

2+ years of progressive experience in project management for a tech company.

Experience in programmatic advertising.

Familiarity with digital advertising, data, or legal/compliance projects.

Strong interpersonal skills and resourcefulness.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Creative problem-solving abilities.

Knowledge of project management methodologies, best practices, and software tools.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Proven ability to see projects through from inception to completion.

Excellent analytical skills and the ability to anticipate and address potential roadblocks.

Nice-to-Haves

Experience with Notion and/or Jira.
