Management Recruiters is a leading recruiting firm in the Construction Industry working with the most prestigious New England-based firms. This client has nation-wide offices, but this opportunity is based in their fast-growing New Hampshire office. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager-Architect to join their team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in architecture, knowledge of construction codes and regulations, and a deep understanding of architectural systems and building layouts. This position offers the opportunity to work on high-profile projects with some of the most respected firms in the industry. Responsibilities - Lead project teams to ensure that projects are delivered within budget and to the client's satisfaction
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and plans
- Coordinate project design and construction activities with internal and external stakeholders
- Provide construction administration services to ensure that projects are built in accordance with design plans and specifications
- Engage with clients to identify and address needs throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure timely delivery of project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports
- Manage and mentor project team members to achieve project deliverables
Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Registered Architect License (NCARB)
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in project management and architecture
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Advanced knowledge and experience in LEED guidleines
- Understanding of local and national construction codes and regulations
- Strong communication skills to interface with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g. Microsoft Project, Primavera, Photoshop Illustrator)
- Experience with work flow and documentation (REVID))
- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
