Summary

Behavior Integrity Operations Team maintains trust in Facebook products through preemptive protection against bad actors. We provide procedural and technical guidance to prevent, detect, and eliminate malicious activity at scale. We reduce the viewership of abusive behavior on Facebook and Instagram in addition to reducing the reach of incorrect actions taken by our team via manual and automated actions.

Required Skills

Project Manager, Behavior Integrity Operations Responsibilities:
  • Own, develop, execute and manage integrity support strategies for Meta products with Product, Engineering, Operations and Policy teams
  • Develop, maintain and continually improve human review workflows. Track and analyze key operational metrics and ensure KPIs/service goals are met
  • Analyze data, identify trends for harm on the platform and provide recommendations for process, policy, and product improvements to develop or improve scalable solutions
  • Drive end-to-end management of large-scale, transformative programs including supporting a broad scope of projects therein
  • Work with cross-functional partners to improve the community support experience on our existing suite of products
  • Work with vendors to develop, support and improve scaled solutions supporting Meta's global user base
  • Use strategic thinking and problem solving skills to identify, set strategy for, and resolve large and complex business problems


Minimum Qualification

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience working in an Operations, Analytics, Product, Engineering, Consulting, Project Management or equivalent team
  • 3+ years of project /program management experience driving end to end initiatives
  • 2+ years of experience analyzing large datasets in SQL, Google Sheets or similar tools
  • Experience leading process improvement projects across a dynamic and cross-functional landscape
  • Experience working in, communicating with, and leading global cross-functional project teams
  • Demonstrated experience navigating ambiguity and achieving outcomes in fast paced environments
