We are looking for a Civil Construction Project Manager with Estimating experience to work in our fast-growing company.  We value honesty, reliability and treating our employees well. 

The right candidate will need to have a track record of successfully estimating small to multi-million-dollar civil projects from roads, sewage/water wastewater, restoration, concrete, municipal and State Level construction work. 

What You will do as a Civil Construction Project Manager/Estimator:

·     Civil construction, dirt work, surface, man hours, concrete estimating knowledge

·     Coordinate total estimating effort relevant to projects

·     Review specifications, drawings to determine scope of work and estimate

·     Preparation of bid schedules of projects being estimated

·     Estimate civil projects throughout several States

·     Make recommendations based on cost, engineering quality and material availability

What You will Need a Civil Construction Project Manager/Estimator:

·     5 or more years of relevant experience

·     Strong experience in Civil Construction

·     Strong Project Management experience

·     Construction Estimating experience is a requirement
