MuleSoft, a Salesforce company, is looking for a Project Manager for the Web Marketing team. This role will be responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure that they are set up for success and completed on-time. The Project Manager will work with cross-functional teams to plan and coordinate project resources, monitor progress, maintain project documentation, and keep stakeholders informed the entire way.

This role will report to the Web Marketing team manager. They will also work closely with the Web Development, Creative, and other Marketing teams.

Responsibilities:
- Define project scope and objectives
- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan, solving for conflicting priorities and dependencies
- Maintain the documentation for each project
- Coordinate resources to execute on projects
- Schedule and facilitate meetings with stakeholders and those working on the project
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
- Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement

Requirements and skills:
- Extremely detail-oriented
- Proactive and extremely resourceful
- Very comfortable working with and interacting with others via Google Hangouts, Slack, and email
- Strong familiarity with project management best practices, methodologies, and software tools
- Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
- Proven ability to manage and complete multiple cross-functional projects at a time according to outlined scope and timeline
- 3+ years of project management or related experience
- Ability to speak and write fluent English
- Proficient in Google Sheets or Quip
- Experience using Wrike, our project management tool, is a plus
- PMP designation is a plus

Hours
The hours will be 40 hours per week, five days a week.
