Gutter Dome of Northern California LLC, is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager/ Installation Manager to run the installation department in Sacramento. You will be responsible for taking sales calls, scheduling jobs, hiring subcontractors, dealing with issues that may arise at installation, and customer service. Gutter Dome specializes in gutter installations and gutter protection in and around the Sacramento area. Construction background is a must-have and preferably in the home remodeling business.

Responsibilities

• Work with the sales department


• Schedule installations


• Keep reports updated


• Deal with any customer issues


• Oversee the collections


• Train and hire sub-contractor installation crews


• Perform day to day paperwork duties


• Payroll for subcontractors


• Manage service tech/assistant

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of residential construction experience


• 3-5 years working with excel, word, etc.........


• 3-5 years of management experience


• Strong business acumen in project planning and management


• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills. With knowledge in gutters, gutter protection, and the surrounding areas of the home on the outside ie.....soffit, fascia, wood replacement


• must own a TRUCK or VAN for work


• must have a valid drivers license


• Have own Laptop with Excell & Word

This is a salaried position with vehicle allowance, gas reimbursement, medical benefits after 90-days of employment with our TEAM!
