Our client, a growing nationwide organization, is looking to hire talented and experienced Reconstruction Project Manager.

- Base salary of $65,000-$85,000 (Competitive Compensation)

- Oversee and manage restoration rebuild projects from start to finish.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate resources, materials, and equipment for each project.
- Ensure on-time project completion (monitor and manage project timelines, progress and deadlines).
- Utilize Xactimate software for project estimates and management.
- Perform non-complex repairs such as flooring and painting.
- Effectively lead project teams (practice effective leadership and management).
- Conduct regular site visits, monitor restoration progress, take corrective action when necessary.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
- Minimum of 2 years (preference 3-5) of restoration experience.
- Proficient in using Xactimate software.
- Strong knowledge of non-complex repairs, including flooring and painting.
- Experience in leadership or management roles.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- IICRC Certification preferred (not required)
