The Project and Change Management Specialist will support the team and oversee the successful delivery of complex and challenging projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing projects from initiation to closure, as well as leading and facilitating processes and communications regarding change management. It is preferred for the candidate to have a background in construction, engineering, and/or design.
SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist with the planning, executing, and communicating projects throughout the launch journey. Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and changes, and escalate as needed. Align effectively with project stakeholders and provide regular status updates and reports. Lead and support change management activities with other partners, such as stakeholder analysis, change impact assessment, communication plan, training plan, and resistance management. Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external resources, such as contractors, vendors, consultants, and engineers, to ensure project deliverables are met and align with all our principles and standards.
REQUIRED SKILLS, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelors degree in project management, business administration, engineering, or related field; PMP and/or Prosci certification is a plus. Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management and change management, preferably in the construction, engineering, or design industry. Proficient in project management and change management tools and methodologies, such as LSS, PMBOK, Agile, Scrum, ADKAR, etc. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
